NO RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Akella Fashion, we maintain a strict No Return & No Refund Policy to ensure product authenticity and hygiene standards.

1. No Returns

  • Products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons including:
    • Change of mind
    • Color variation
    • Personal preference
    • Incorrect size selection by customer

2. No Refunds

  • Refunds will not be provided once an order is successfully placed and shipped.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

3. Damaged Product Exception

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The customer receives a physically damaged product.
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Proper unboxing video proof is provided clearly showing the damage.

4. Out of Stock Orders

If a product becomes unavailable after payment:

  • The paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method, or
  • Customers may choose another product of equal value.

5. Payment Refund Timeline

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method after deduction of applicable transaction charges.
